Rule 23
Details to be submitted
: (1) The contractor shall submit the following details regarding the proposed work to the department at least thirty (30) days before starting the petroleum work:-
(a) Detailed program of proposed work.
(b) Time Table.
(c) Map showing the location of the area where such work will be done.
(d) Name and address of the Katkendar if the work is to be done (2) If any changes are to be made in the details submitted as per sub-rule (1), the contractor shall submit the details of the changes to the department fifteen (15) days before such changes are made.
(3) After receiving the details as per sub-rule (1) or (2), the department may request additional details from the contractor and it shall be the duty of the contractor to provide the requested details to the department as soon as possible.
